Road Safety Week 2021

Organised by Brake, the national road safety charity, the aim of Road Safety Week is to raise awareness of road safety issues.

The Council Roads Service 'Network Strategy and Road Safety Team' play an important part in reducing collisions and casualties and making our regions roads safer.

This is Constable Liza Murdoch a Police Officer with 14 years' experience in Road Policing based within Dumfries and Galloway, and whose job it is to patrol the region looking for those who choose to put the lives of themselves and others in danger by breaking the law in regards to safe road use

My name is Ian Johnson. I work as a Community Assets Supervisor for Dumfries and Galloway Council.

This is Scott Findlater. Scott is the Watch Commander on Red Watch at Dumfries Fire Station.
